Dr. Mohammad Khorrami is a geoscientist specializing in satellite remote sensing, geohazard resilience, and the water-energy nexus. His work integrates big data, physical modeling, and geodetic analysis to assess land deformation, infrastructure risk, and the impacts of climate change. With a Ph.D. in Geosciences from Virginia Tech, he has led studies on drought, land subsidence, and human-induced seismicity. At UNU-INWEH, he contributes to advancing environmental intelligence for sustainable development and disaster risk reduction.
